Hitchhike support
Get help with your account, a connection, a task exchange, or your data.
Private support for the hosted service at hitchhike.dev, operated by David Spiegel.
Account and connection help
Email us about sign-in problems, connecting an assistant, or work that did not arrive as expected. To help explain the issue, include:
- The assistant or app you were using.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The approximate time and any error text, with private details removed.
Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, access tokens, or reusable connection credentials. Share only the context needed to explain the problem.
Privacy and data requests
You can export or delete your hosted workspace from Workspace settings. Email the support address above for help or questions about your data. Our Privacy and data page explains what Hitchhike stores and the controls available to you.
Public software bugs
For a reproducible software bug that does not need private account details, you can open a GitHub issue. Issues are public. Keep account details, private task content, and secrets out of public reports.
Using a self-hosted instance?
If someone else operates your Hitchhike instance, contact that operator about your account, stored data, and service availability. You can still report a reproducible software bug in the public project.
